Current Program Biography
Erin Marie Hogan is thrilled to perform her second run with Leavenworth Players Group. She is an accomplished independent film actor from St. Louis. Some of her credits include "Say Goodnight" (Lydia), "Academy of Doom" (Katrina), "The Abbey of Thelema" (Mary Butts), and the award winning film "Red Ink" in which she portrayed the femme fatale "Kat." She has numerous professional theatre credits including "Grease!" (Patty Simcox), "Bushup Ten" (Vina), and a 550 show run as "Miss Kitty" in the "The Outlaw" at Six Flags- St. Louis in 2005. Erin is soon to be a graduate of Webster University Film School and the Leigh Gerdine College of Fine Arts.

Erin began training as a performer at age five when she enrolled in the Ballet Conservatory of St. Louis. She continued with voice, dance and theater instruction throughout her school years. She earned scholarships to the St. Louis Opera Theatre's Summer Training Program and competed in many local, state and national vocal competitions with great success.

While appearing in many school and local stage productions, Erin's first film appearance was as an extra in "A Gathering." Since then, she has appeared in numerous independent films, including: "Red Ink" and "Mistaken Love Stories, Part II."

She appeared on stage as "Maria" in the "Sound of Music" and as "Rose Smith" in "Meet Me in St. Louis." She also appeared as "Miss Kitty" at Six Flags St. Louis for the 2005 season and has performed at both the Fox Theatre and Powell Symphony Hall in St. Louis.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Erin is currently studying at Webster University and enjoys horseback riding in her spare time.
